Navneeth V

Navneeth is a Chartered Accountant with over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Accounting. His exposure is spread across Power, Telecom, FMCG & Aviation industries. He has worked in the UB Group, Sterling group (including Aircel, Dishnet, Barista etc), Covanta Energy USA. Navneeth has held senior positions in these companies handing Corporate Finance, Investor Relations & Accounting. His expertise is in structuring of complex financial transactions.

Sameer Achan

Sameer is an MBA in Finance from PSG College of Technology with 12 years of experience in the areas of Real Estate, Ports, SEZ, PPP Projects, ITES & Telecom. Sameer has experience raising funds in domestic and international markets. He was previously associated with MARG Group whose interests ranges from real estate, ports, airports, power, hospitality, EPC, SEZ etc. At MARG, he was involved in the financial closure of Karaikal Port, , a Greenfield port developed by MARG Limited. He was also involved in raising equity for MARG Limited through the QIP route. His previous assignment was as Head of Finance for Karaikal Port Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MARG Limited. Sameer is currently consulting for some leading companies in south, advising and assisting in the planning for their upcoming projects.

Anand Surendran

A Masters in Finance and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with over 10 years experience in functional and techno-functional roles across capital markets, banking and real estate industries. Anand has strong expertise in quantitative research, technical analysis, strategic planning, company valuations and deal structuring. He has worked on some major automation assignments with the Royal Bank of Canada and RBC Capital Markets. In the past he has worked with Asian CERC (now Religare Technova), ICICI Bank and iGATE Global Solutions.
